Aloxe ("We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Aloxe mobile application (the "App"), our website (https://aloxe.net), and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. We comply with Vietnam Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and international standards required for Apple App Store distribution.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Account & Contact Information
Phone number collected during registration for authentication; optional display name and profile picture.
B. Vehicle & Messaging Data
Vehicle license plate numbers registered or searched by you; message content and metadata to deliver communications between vehicle owners.
C. Device & Technical Information
FCM push notification tokens, and crash diagnostic logs (Firebase Crashlytics).
D. Camera & Photos (Optional)
Accessed only when explicitly granted permission to upload profile or vehicle photos.
🔒 Protection of Phone Numbers
When you send a message to another vehicle owner through Aloxe, your personal phone number is NEVER disclosed to the recipient. Communications are routed anonymously through our secure platform.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To route messages and parking notifications based on license plate numbers.
- To verify user identity via phone number verification and prevent fraud.
- To send real-time push notifications regarding incoming messages.
- To respond to customer support inquiries.
- To diagnose application crashes (Firebase Crashlytics) and improve system performance.
4. YOUR RIGHTS & ACCOUNT DELETION
You have full control over your personal data:
Account & Data Deletion Instructions (App Store Guideline 5.1.1):
You can delete your account directly inside the App by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by submitting a request to [email protected]. All personal data will be permanently removed from active databases.
