Welcome to Aloxe! These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Aloxe governing your access to and use of the Aloxe mobile application, website (https://aloxe.net), and related services.

By downloading, registering, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Aloxe is a communication and notification platform designed to connect vehicle owners and drivers in Vietnam based on vehicle license plate numbers without disclosing personal contact numbers.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Harassment, abusive, threatening, or defamatory messaging.
• Sending unsolicited commercial spam or automated mass messages.
• Claiming license plates you do not lawfully own or operate.
• Impersonating law enforcement or other individuals.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with platform security.

4. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Aloxe does not guarantee immediate recipient response or parking conflict resolution.

5. GOVERNING LAW & CONTACT

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
